Refunds for Prom Tickets: Students who purchased a prom ticket through the senior package will be given a full refund. Mr. Blank is working with the representative from Herff Jones to make those refunds available as soon as possible. It may take a week or two as Herff Jones has to calculate how much is owed to students who have paid in full and how much is to be paid to those who have made partial payments. Wonderful Seniors-
On behalf of the Administrators, Counselors and Faculty at Hamilton we want to acknowledge that we know you are being impacted and stressed by the recent events due to COVID19. We know there is a lot of uncertainty with Senior Events and even college admissions. Our hearts go out to you as you face the uncertainty of what might happen with Prom and Graduation. As of right now, these event dates have not been changed. We want to assure you that anything we may have to postpone we will do everything in our power to reschedule at a later date. We know these events are a big part of Senior Year and we want to see you enjoy them to their fullest. Your Counselors are available Monday through Friday from 8-3 p.m. to help you. Please e-mail them on Schoology and let them know what assistance you need with navigating college admissions, any fees that might be due or if you just need to check in. They can also call you if you prefer.
If you were in process with an Adult School Class either after school or Winter Plus, I am waiting to hear if they will be able to allow students to continue on line. If we do not have a plan by the end of Spring Break we will make sure we have a new plan so you can complete your graduation requirements.
We want to celebrate all your hard work as you decide which college you will be attending in the Fall. Please send your Counselor a picture and the name of the school you are committing to. These pictures will be posted on the Hami IG.

Rental cost: FREE
Seniors who will be renting their cap and gown must bring the completed and signed Rental Agreement to the Student Store. Be sure to also turn in height and weight measurements to ensure delivery of the appropriate size gown.
