Welcome new families!  We are excited you will be joining our outstanding tradition of excellence in education and the arts!


Overview of Enrollment Process:

1.    Click on the links below to download all forms. Please fill out each form completely.  You will need to make 3 copies of the enrollment form.

2.    Gather all necessary documents from verification check list.

3.    Bring all forms and documents to Hamilton High School between 9 am and 12 pm, Monday through Friday.

4.    There will be tables set up inside the north gate (next to the theater) with a box for AMPA.  Please place all forms and documents in the box.  Envelopes will be provided to keep all papers together.

5.    Staff will contact you within 3-5 days regarding any missing forms. Please be sure your contact information is correct of the forms.

6.    Staff will contact you within 3-5 days of verifying completed packet to give you a pickup time for original documents.
