Replacement ID Card

 

Do you need a replacement Hamilton ID Card?

Step 1 - Wait for the announcement that says "Replacement IDs Ready for Reprint"

 

Step 2 - Go to the Student Store and pay the $5.00 replacement fee.

 

Step 3 - Take the receipt to Mr. Lenhart, Assistant Principal in Room 608A to get the ID Card. If Mr. Lenhart is not in his office, drop off the receipt in one of the file folder holders outside his office. Make sure to write your counselor's name on the back.

 

Step 4 - Your counselor will call you in to issue your your replacement ID.
