Cash 4 College: Get help with your FAFSA/ Dream Act application! College counselors will be onsite. Location will be based on the academy you belong to: CAA: Room 202, MSM: Room 302, BIT and all other academies: Library. No signup necessary just come in between the time provided & bring your documents!

PROGRAM SERVICES

In Class lessons: We facilitate 8 lessons in the academic year geared on college access exposure with our partner teachers. Information and tools to prepare you to graduate high school and go on to college

Personal Advisement & College Counseling: We meet one on one with our students at least once during the school year. Our college counselors meet with our Juniors & Seniors to help plan their college selections, go over their overall academic standing, help with their college applications, & more. We are also available for Office Hours to answers students' questions on college, grades, scholarships, extra-curricular activities, enrichment programs, etc.

Field Trips: We provide day trips to local colleges & universities for every grade of our partner SLC's. We also do overnight trips to northern California universities & San Diego universities.

Destination College: This is our annual college conference that equips our high school students from all our partner schools with essential tools to begin their journey to college. It brings other high school students, alumni, mentors, parents, & college representatives all in one place!

Enrichment Programs: We offer 3 unique programs: CLC, MiT, & STEAM.

CAP Leaders Crew (CLC) helps students develop their leadership & professional skills through workshops & facilitations.
Men in Training (MiT) is a program for our high school young men that focuses on how to find support, establish success, & create a legacy of positive influence.
STEAM provides fieldtrips for students to explore career pathways & speak to professionals in fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math.

Through our services, we open young people’s eyes to the possibility of higher education, and change their beliefs about what they are capable of achieving.

Our mission is to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under resourced communities.
