HOW TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPTS





CURRENT STUDENTS - All Students will go to Room 104 or Main Office

1. Fill out a Request for Transcript Form   

2. CLEARLY write the College and/or scholarship name
    and address on the form.

3. Transcripts are $5.00 per copy for CURRENT students
     and $10 for FORMER students (We accept Cash
    Only). You MUST pay upon request. Make sure you
    hand the request directly to an adult in the office. We
    will not be responsible for lost requests.  

4. Allow five days for processing.


FORMER STUDENTS

ATTENTION! Only students who graduated or attended Alexander Hamilton High School after 2000 may obtain transcripts directly from the school - all others must call 323/224-5950

1.   Fill out Transcript Request Form at the counter. 
      Completely fill out the form. (Don't forget to indicate
      month and year of graduation or date you last
      attended Hamilton High School.)

2. Out of State/City Students go to the bottom of page
     and download/print form.

3. Transcripts are $10.00 per copy. You MUST pay upon
    request.

4. Out of State students must send money order made out
    to: Alexander Hamilton High School.

5. Mail your request along with payment to:
