DIPLOMA PICK-UP

Diplomas for Seniors that have been cleared from credits, fines, dues, attendance can pick up their diploma on Friday, June 7 at 2pm in the Cafeteria at Hamilton High School.

Thank you all for attending the Hamilton High School Graduation Celebration. 

Graduation: May 29, 2013 6:00PM at the Shrine Auditorium

 Address: 665 W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007

All graduates that paid senior dues and are eligible for participating in the graduation ceremony (walk the stage) will receive 8 graduation tickets for guests.

Senior graduation package (gap and gown, tassel and tickets) can be purchased from the student store for $100.

Please review the FAQ on the left column in the "Senior Class Locker".

Cap and Gown Distribution (Ticket pick-up) for students that have been cleared from grades, attendance, fees, books, etc.

Wednesday, May 22 - 2:00 PM-3:30PM students with last names A-L 

Thursday, May 23 - 3:00 PM-4:30 PM students with last names M-Z

Friday, May 24 - 2:00-3:30 PM all students that have been cleared.

Any student that wishes to collect more tickets can do so on Friday (only 2 additional tickets for students that paid dues).

Tuesday, May 28 - 10:00 AM all students that have been cleared

This has changed (see below): DIPLOMAS: After the graduation ceremony, students are to pick up their diploma from their counselor in the Expo Hall.

Attention Seniors:
I have had to change our practice of handing out diplomas to graduates immediately after the ceremony. One result is that
graduate will be able to meet their families sooner with no long waits to pick up their diploma. Graduates will have to wait
until June 7 or the week after graduation to pick up diplomas. Additional information will be posted on the senior section of
the website tomorrow.  Please pass the word.

Reminder: Graduates should plan on arriving at the Shrine between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. - allow for traffic.
