WE NEED TO HAVE A MEAL APPLICATION COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED FOR EVERY QUALIFIED STUDENT IN ORDER TO GET THE MAXIMUM FUNDING FOR TITLE 1
The LAUSD Meal Application may be submitted online. Paper applications are available at the school or by mail, but online applications will have a faster response time.
Parents and guardians can submit a meal application online.. The application will be processed, and you will not have to fill out a paper application and mail it or hand it over to the Food services Manager at your child’s school. By clicking on the link you can access the online meal application.
Paper applications have been mailed to homes, however, it may take 2+ weeks to process them. Online applications are usually processed within a few days.

Follow the remaining instruction to complete and submit your child’s meal application

Los padres y tutores pueden presentar una solicitud de comida en línea desde el 01 de julio de 2011. La solicitud será procesada dentro de las 24 horas, y no tendrá que llenar una solicitud de papel y enviarlo por correo o entregar al jefe de los servicios de alimentación en la escuela de su hijo.
