Royalty Form: Winter Formal

 

Alexander HamiltonHigh School Winter Formal Royalty Application for 2017 Deadline​: NOVEMBER 28TH, 2016​ in Room 511 or Mr.Shoham’s Box Information:

● All applicants must have a 2.5 GPA in order to be eligible

● Attach a copy of your final 20 week first semester report card from 2016-2017. NO other report cards will be accepted. Transcripts are accepted.

● No more than 2 U’s or a Fail on your report card.

● Positions:

○ Snow Queen & King: Open to all Seniors

○ Ice Princess & Prince: Open to all Juniors

You must attend the actual Winter Formal & The Pep-rally on the week of January 16th 2017

○ Date for Dance: Saturday, January 21st 2017

Students at Hamilton must behave in a respectful manner at all times. You can be immediately disqualified from running for the Winter Formal court for the following things: tearing down, defacing or having others do the same to any campaign posters; posting campaign materials in non-approved locations; using bribes to gain votes (handing out food or any other items - buttons with campaign slogans are acceptable); only blue “painters” tape can be used to post campaign materials, using any other tape or adhesive, posters must be ASB approved and must also be within arms reach (no hanging on the bridge) will also be reason for disqualification; campaigning in such a way to cause a disruption to a positive culture of learning and respect at school.

REQUIREMENTS: 1. Fill out  form in blue or black ink

2. Attach a copy of your report card/transcript to the back of your package.

3. You must submit your application by November 28th, 2016 in Room 511 or Mr.Shoham’s Box

4. Attend mandatory lunch meeting in room 511 on 11/28/16
