Parents and students!  Did you know you can take college classes on the Hamilton HS campus after school for FREE?!?!?!  Please come to one of the 2 registration sessions this week to get more information.  This is a great way to earn college credits and fulfill high school graduation requirements at the same time (plus, it looks AMAZING on your college applications).

Classes are open to all students, as long as you don't have a period 7 class on your schedule.

Need VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) credits?  One West LA Art Class will meet the year long VAPA requirement!

Need your LOTE credits (Language other than English)?  Two semesters of ASL (American Sign Language) will give you the 2 years of LOTE that is required to graduate.

Want to explore the world of Business?  We have 2 classes to help you on your way to being an entrepreneur.

Interested in Robotics and Coding?  Then Intro to Computer Science is the class for you.

Hamilton HS has acquired a college and career readiness platform called Naviance. It is a comprehensive college and career readiness platform that helps connect academic achievement to post-secondary goals, available to all 9-12th graders. The platform allows students to collaborate with educators to: set personal goals and tasks, search for colleges; and explore careers based on personal skills and interests. Through Naviance, Hami provides FREE SAT and ACT preparation. It is also linked with the COMMON APPLICATION. Apply to common app schools through Naviance, request transcripts, AND letters of recommendation. Keep track of all of your college applications, scholarships, colleges you are interested in, and college visits coming to Hamilton. All college-related events will be posted on this platform.
